-268-My Favorite Season.Class 402 Abbie%u3000%u3000There are four seasons in a year. I love winter for its cool weather and festivals. I do not like summer. It is hot, and the air conditioners cost a lot of money. I do not like hot, but I like cold. So, my favorite season is winter.%u3000%u3000There are many benefits in winter. The first reason is because I am a girl and all girls like dressing beautifully in winter. I can choose to wear scarves, fur hats, down jackets, and lots of different clothes. The second reason is because I%u2019ve always dreamed of going skiing. Although I%u2019ve never tried it before, my dream can come true in winter. %u3000%u3000The third reason is that winter lets me feel hopeful of the future, blessed, and thankful. There is Thanksgiving in November, Christmas and my birthday in December, and a new semester in January. The last reason is that in the cold winter, there are less mosquitoes, flies, or other disgusting creatures. I don%u2019t like bugs!%u3000%u3000These reasons are why I like winter!First Bike Experience.%u3000%u3000Last summer vacation, I saw other people riding bicycles. I was envious, so I asked my parents to teach me. Early the next morning, my parents and I went to the bicycle store to buy a bicycle and I chose a black one.%u3000%u3000In the afternoon, my parents and I took our bicycles to the park to practice. At first, my father supported me on the back of the bicycle worried I would fall. I was still very nervous and trembling all over. Finally, I fell off the bicycle.%u3000%u3000After practicing day after day and with the encouragement of my parents, I finally learned to ride a bike. That night, I was so happy and excited that I couldn%u2019t sleep. I was looking forward to riding a bicycle every day. It was the first time I%u2019d learned to ride a bicycle. Although I fell down, I got inspiration. No matter what you do, as long as you work hard and persevere to the end, you will succeed!Class 402 Brian
