-270-Class 403 Alice%u3000%u3000This past Chinese New Year my family and I traveled to Switzerland. The flight lasted 11 hours. The tour-bus driver drove us to Mount Rigi. There was snow on the mountain! There were so many children going sledding there. My brother and I started playing snowball throwing games as soon as we got off the bus. It was an amazing day; it was the first time that I had ever touched snow!%u3000%u3000Our next stop on the tour was Lugano. There is a beautiful lake there. The scenery is beautiful. In the evening we went to eat western food. It is all western food, but I didn%u2019t find it very special. Sichere Reisen %u2013 Safe Travels%u3000%u3000The next day we took the Bernina Express train. The train travels along winding mountain routes, passing through lush green forests, the perennial glaciers in the Alps and green mountain lakes. The rich and varied beautiful scenery was intoxicating. The altitude difference between the mountain passes and the terminal station is as high as 1,828 meters. There is a 360 degree turn around the Pustijavo valley.%u3000%u3000The uncanny architectural technology and landscapes there are very beautiful and amazing. On the third day we arrived at Chur. It is the oldest city in Switzerland and we took many photos there with beautiful churches. Then we took the Glacier-Express in first class! First class seats are very hard to come by and must be ordered a month in advance. It is the most popular scenic train in Switzerland. We arrived at the small town of Zermatt, which turned out to be my favorite place of the whole trip. %u3000%u3000We went shopping down the town%u2019s main street at night and we saw a fantastic gift shop. My brother and I bought a toy dog each. It was great!On the fifth day we left the town and went up the Matterhorn. The summit of this famous mountain is 4,478 meters high. %u3000%u3000On the sixth day we went to Mont Blanc. Mont Blanc has an incomparable natural landscape that is amazing and very beautiful. We then traveled to the old town of Bern. The name of the city comes from the bear, so the city has a bear theme. There is a 6-kilometer-long shopping street! %u3000%u3000On the seventh day we took the Jungfraujoch train to Interlaken. There are many famous jewelry watch shops and souvenir shops in Interlaken. We had a good time shopping. %u3000%u3000In the end we went back to the airport in Switzerland and flew back to Taiwan. The eight-day journey was an unforgettable experience and made me very happy.
